Authority
If you have files and/or deeds with another law firm but would like to have them transferred to C & F Legal Ltd, you can do this by printing off and completing the authority from on the link below and faxing or posting it either to us or to the law firm currently holding your documents. You will need to:
- Complete the details of the law firm holding your documents – in most cases just the name should be enough.
- If you are a couple, make sure you both sign the authority.
- If you have a family trust or a company, make sure you ask for the documents for these entities as well.
- Provide C & F Legal Ltd with your contact details.
