Partners Rick Farr and Kathy Carr understand from their personal experience and from the many years they have been assisting their clients in their business endeavours, the risks involved in business – whether it is starting up a new business, buying into an existing enterprise, restructuring, or dealing with the wide range of issues when running a business. Recognising and addressing the legal and commercial risks and providing practical advice is part of our service.
