We offer immigration services tailored to your needs and handle all types of applications ranging from applications to join family members in New Zealand to complex business visa applications.
Our services start with an assessment of your chances of qualifying for a particular visa or permit. Once we establish your eligibility, we will provide you with comprehensive written advice, we will then work with you to prepare and lodge your application.
Once the application is submitted all correspondence with Immigration can be handled by us up until the appropriate visa or permits have been endorsed in your passport.
Though we prefer to handle the visa application from beginning to end, we understand that some people wish to engage us for a limited purpose, for example obtaining legal advice in a particular matter or merely to get a second opinion. Before you engage us, you can indicate to us the extent of the services you require and we will provide you with a fee estimate.
We can also assist you with a full range of legal services from purchasing or starting up your own business to buying property and can refer you to professional services required for a smooth migration process and settlement in New Zealand.
We will, if required, guide you through processes generally in New Zealand to assist you with your various endeavours, and can provide comprehensive business advice.
